Albert was a long time friend. I had known Albert since Kindergarden at Melrose Elementary School and then at Riveria Middle School, and then at NEHI. He always called me "sky" (I don't know if it was because I was so tall or that he felt that I jumped really high on the basketball court). Albert was always willing to be a friend and was always willing to help you out in anyway he could. I often think about the times we had in elementary school riding our bikes in the rain after school, and playing football on the school playground. He is sadly missed. I feel his life was cut too short, but God knows best.

I believe that Albert had his accident in 1980 or 81'. I still have the newspaper artical about it tucked away in my yearbook.. I will check..
