Ron was a good friend and I remember his passing like it was yesterday, now 30 years later. Ron has his private pilot's license and a few months before the accident he flew me up to Atlanta to go to Six Flags. What a great trip that was! A short time later he was training for his commercial pilot's license doing touch-n-go's at the St. Pete airport when the engine stalled and he crashed. Being a pallbearer at his funeral is something I'll never forget. God Bless you bud!
